We are pleased to announce a final postponement of the International Conference on The Arts of Hát Xẩm, folk song of the blind traveling beggars, in Ninh Bình Việt Nam, to November 4-5, 2021 for these reasons:
— the Conference coincides with the Annual Founder’s Festival of Hát Xẩm;
— when most of peoples of the U.S., the world and Vietnam have advanced in COVID-19 vaccinations;
— Ninh Bình Province will host 2021 Year of Tourism of Vietnam. The details can be found here http://yeswecanmusic.us/hatxam/call.html.
In short, the Abstract and Full paper submission deadlines have moved to August 15 and October 1, respectively.
